Hi all I did a factory reset on my box now I understand I need to refash it it just keeps rebooting how do I do this ? What flash do I need and how do I do it thanks

Unfortunately you have a counterfeit receiver n no support will be given to you. ViX doesn't support Zgemma contrary to what you've been told.
