replacing channels

Hi everyone

needing a bit of help I have a technomate nano 3t box running sat and cable

Sat is my main epg but I would like to replace non hd channels with hd channels from the cable tuner so that I don't have to go in and choose cable tunner and search through the channels.

Any and all help welcome bit of a newbie with the boxes guys

The file is based on you using a HD region. Not SD or custom.
