Avoid smart_shine seller.
Half the LED lights I bought from them have failed within guarantee. smart_shine will not communicate any more (now 6 times with no answer). just not interested in after sales. eBay also contacted them with no response.
Have contacted CAB with the hope it is passed onto Trading Standards
