Manual scan Problem

Hi i had Heart TV and all the other channels on that band lyngsat said it was 11553 but my alinco in bedroom had it on 11552 but any way
i tried to manual scan for it but the Sat selector was stuck at eutelsat 16 and i couldn't select astra 28

so had to scan my Bouquet again to restore all channels so all is good but just curious to know why if its manual scan you can not change the Sattelite provider
