Technomate TW-2T vix updating

Hi

I'm having trouble loading latest vix on the tm 2t, it wont see my usb stick, i've tried two, i have an internal harddrive in it could that be the problem? when i click menu and device information it sees both media's, not when i turn off and on though, just boots whats on the box, any advice appreciated

When i plug the usb in dialog says no viewable items to display, when i turn it off, why does'nt it see it has new vix?

Yes, tried that, doesnt see usb even though doin a device scan it sees it ps: its a TM-2T

Right, i'm updating, i did not know the update folder in its entirety was required, i saw a guide that said put contents on disc DOH!!

Ok, managed to update but it wont recognize my homeplug, no internet, i have 3 plugs all the same linksys plek500 cables tested, and reset, is there an intelligent section to auto configure? should my ip be same has downstairs?

Should i start a new thread? downstairs has connection, upstairs I cannot get network, they are same linksys routers 500MBPS and been told i can use as many as i like, is there a scan section? or should i manually configure but not sure what configure to
