Timeshift Problem

Hi All,
Running Vix1.3 and ccam 2.1.4
Pictures freezing and poor recording yesterday.
Today the system crashs and goes green permently, green screen says under component: Permenant time shift plug inn.
Is it best to reinstall, or can i access this problem any other way
