cannot connect dcc to gb800 se plus

i am using the latest hades download, i have tried and tried but cannot connect to the box, i have also tried filezilla, os windows7 64bit, i have also thied with an asus netbook os win7 32 bit, this says error 10057 in function socket not connected, i have it connected by cable, thanks

Have you changed the username to root and left the password blank? Or do you have a password set?

Are you definitely using the correct IP address? maybe it has changed.

i have the correct ip for the box, i have also tried the ip addy on supplied by dcc, i have used username root, and password blank
