Spiderbox unknown model??

Hi, I have spiderbox that I need to know the model number because the part where it normally has the model number is missing, how can i find out the model number for this box? I need to flash the box.

It looks like 5000sd but I need to be sure so I don’t end up flashing the box with the wrong firmware.
