Cant see what the text is saying. It would have been better to post the crashlog. The crashlog can be found in /home/root/logs/.

Might be easier for you to reflash you receiver.

Please also note:

It is best to use the image support section for image issues as problems/solutions are usually the same irrespective of receiver. It also helps others searching for the same issue although they may have another receiver.

Please read the thread in link below which explains things better.

No harm has been done, no need to apologise. Please bear in mind for future support questions.

There really is no need to download a web interface, which one is it?
As Abu says above, impossible to read the text on that photo, the crash log it generated in /home/root/logs/ by default would be a lot easier to read.
Not being able to read the text, it's impossible to tell if it's a new plugin folder with files causing the crash or if the plugin you installed overwrote included plugin files.
If it's a new plugin folder, you could just ftp/telnet into the box & remove it.
If it overwrites included plugin files, it's probably just easier to reflash.

What "dreaded usb stick issue arises once more" issue are you referring to?
I've being using all sorts of random make/size USB sticks (the nearest at the time) to flash many manufacturer boxes for years.
Once formatted properly, all work without issue.
