yes, but kodi can't use the tuners directly, right?

Kodi on Android can't use the tuners

With OpenELEC you can use the tuners without any restriction

OpenATV installed on a mSD card (for now) it only allows you to use 1 tuner

Nice functional unit; excellent service from Wetek.

Don't suppose you can post some feedback on this box?
Are you running any image on the satellite tuner side of this receiver?
Toying with idea of purchasing one if there is a stable image out there?
