What kind of tuner is it? Satellite or Cable/Terrestrial
What are you existing tuners?

For you to get full usage of your tuner, it should have an independent feed from satellite.

If the other two are already connected to something, they are not independent. You will have to run another cable from the LNB to your receiver.
I will move your post to the image support section, it is not an ABM issue.

If you want full use of the third tuner, you must provide it with a separate/different/independent/it's own cable from the dish. No need to touch the two tuners or their cables. If you tiuch them, they won't work fully/properly/independently.

I guess you might need a spare lnb output for the dish end of this new cable ....

I think so too. We would not want a cable disconnected at the LNB.
