BBC Red Button Channels

At the moment BBC RB HD, BBC RB 1, BBC RB 2 & BBC RB 3 are located at the end of Other Favourite Bouquet

Would it be better to have these channels in there own Favourite Bouquet
EG: an optional name "BBC Red Button" as we already have BBC Interactive

I have made the above changes to sat_282_sky_uk.xml on my boxes & the missus likes it so its a result for me :)
