crashing when scanning usb-dvbsky T330

my solo2 keeps crashing everytime I try to scan my usb-dvbsky t330 cable tuner I have sent all the crash logs I have re-installed the drivers for it from the feeds .

the channels from the last scan still work
I am using the ViXBMC_1080_Confluence skin
