Since adding the fix from this thread (post #4) for the BT changes http://www.world-of-satellite.com/showthread.php?46250-New-BT-Sport-numbering-Sky-UK my Premier Sports has moved from channel 428 (Sports) to the 'non indexed' section. Is there any way of returning it to the Sports section? I don't really want or need that long list of non indexed channels. Many thanks guys.

It is beneficial for people reporting/raising ABM issues to attach debug logs. This means we do not have to guess/assume what is going on. Please see this thread: http://www.world-of-satellite.com/showthread.php?44783-ABM-support-questions

Anyway... I checked after the earlier comment and found Premier sports still there. After this new thread, I remembered that you are using Northern Ireland as your location. If you look at the Sky website and then select Northern Ireland (link below) or even switch on your offical receiver, you will find that 428 is empty. It has nothing to do with what we did, the data on the satellite has changed. ABM uses that data.

You'll need to add a line to the xml file.
"Premier Sports": 428,

I hope the need/benefit for the logs is now apparent.

I believe as Setanta is allowed in the North and they use the same stream as Premier, then there is no need for Premier on the EPG. You will note that Setanta 1 has the Premier DOG

EPG data showed up differnet programs for me.

I have updated the attachment in that thread. N.B. For chanenls to be inserted using this process, you have to use the location ending in "Custom"

Oops! Apologies re the log. I did mean to fetch it and get it uploaded. Sorry!

In relation to Setanta 1, yes indeed most but NOT all programmes are the same. Some programmes exclusive to the Republic of Ireland are blanked out on the Setanta 1 epg as Abu has shown above. Thanks Abu for the clarification and apologies again for the missing log. All sorted!!!

That particular event was blacked out on Setanta 1, that's why the EPG data was different. They have been using the same stream for over a Year M8. If you tune to a blacked out program on Setanta 1 on an unofficial box, it does still display - it's just the EPG data that's different.
