Hey, I wonder if any of you guys could help?

I have a problem where I have to restart my router after between 1-3 days because the cam stops working. Restarting the cam doesn't solve the problem, neither does restarting the network adapter. The only way to cure the problem is to reboot the router. For the first 24 hours everything works great, and then any time after that, the problem will occur.

The network still passes the network test and the VU+ DUO box can still download plugins etc but the CAM doesn't appear to be work.

I'm on build 166, but I've also tried 165.

I've tried using DHCP and also manually assigning an IP address. Also increasing the DHCP lease to 1 week doesn't help.

I've tried both mgcamd 1.35a and 1.38.

I've also tried various power timers to deep standby the box at different times, but to no avail.

I'm wondering if it's something to do with my Router(DWR-921) or the mobile broadband. The router is connected directly to the VU+ DUO.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Steve

Did you install your cam from the plugin section or was it an ipk you downloaded?

Steven123
