Ts media

I have a cloud box with ts media on it. The ts media has stopped working and not connecting when searching for series. I updated it yesterday as was told to by guy who give me box and its still the same
He said, its internet blocking sites but the error actually says software problem and keeps restarting box
Any ideas please, driving me mad???

Your guy sold you a clone box, I wouldn't believe a word he says.
Also, as clone boxes aren't supported here, I'm closing this thread.
