Channel not in services list

Hi guys,

Tried to set up an auto timer today but the duo came up with "channels not found in services list" or words to that effect. Any ideas why? Running ViX 1.3

try updateing the bouquet

was the channel broadcasting as a few are not 24/7 and as SF says update your boquets and or do a scan.
