Haven't been on in a while and see we are now on to Hades 12 - I'm still on Apollo

I will flash this later.

Will I lose all my Apollo settings or can they be restored from an Apollo backup - channel list etc.?

You need to set everything up as new, no backup restores.

all my recordings were intact(internal HDD) after flashing to hades from Apollo :)

Yeah you don't lose recordings when doing a fresh flash. [emoji106]🏼
