Cross epg on timer problem

Hi guys iv got cross epg to update at around 5am every morning it's been working perfect until recently now when I get up the TV is stuck with the blue vix circle in the top corner TV is froze and iv got to restart the box every time. Nothing has been changed or altered since its started doing this any ideas what the problem could be?
