slow loading channel guide list ..... openvix bluehd .. help please

Hi guys im new here and i hope to be here for a long time.

first off id like say hi to everyone and then hoping u experts can help me

i have a zgemma star 2s running openvix hades - then loaded bluehd skin

ok when i press epg then choose bouquet category ( movies ) or any other the tv guide shows however the (whats on) part is blank...... 1 or 2 maybe there showing whats on and next ext

if i click the channel and then then go back to tv guide it shows but as im going to be using this for recording as well ......i need see whats coming on so i can move a long and set to rec.

Please help any1

why on my freeview tv all displays fine and also on virgin box ext but on this is soo slow to load the tv guide and thats if it does load at all maybe a few channels.

There is no support for your receiver by OpenVix. Please speak to your retailer.
