As the other thread which I commented on is now closed, a quick update. I have reflashed the box this evening with Hades 11 and immediately the box was very responsive again. No lag between menus and the Plugins menu loaded really quickly. The EPG is loading in about four seconds and the box itself is running really smoothly. I went through each step in setting up slowly to see if I could find anything which was slowing it down but nothing seemed apparent so a mystery really as to why it slowed down so significantly.
