Strange occurrence

Whilst watching tv the info bar suddenly appeared - at first i thought i was sitting on the buttons but not the case. It went off after it's alloted time but left behind was a thin white line to the right of the screen (top to bottom). Tried switching on/off etc but the line remained. I then changed the aspect ratio of the tv from just scan to 16:9 and this removed the white line. All was well I thought, until i selected guide to bring up the epg this has now become slightly oversized and is cutting the edges off ! Stretching the screen to remove the line has stretched the epg too.

So, what happened and how do I correct it ?

Turn your display back to Just Scan, then check the OSD settings. Go to menu, setup, system, user interface, position setup. Press yellow button to go back to default n green button to ok and see if that corrects things for ya.
