Hi,
I have strange issue on my solo2 which I just flashed to Hades 10 from Apollo 154. I have a
50 inch Tv screen.

On initial setup the screen is fine. In and out of standby is also fine. When I go into deep standby and then restart from there the edge of the TV screen looks like gain (similar to the old analogue searching for a station signal noise gain).

If I go into user interface, position set up and then press across on user visibility it corrects the problem.

Cab anybody else recreate this problem??

Can you take a picture of this (even if you do it from your phone) as picture will be more helpful than trying to what you mean with words :)

Hi,
set OSD setup to max values 0,0 and 720,576 and restart the box. If you are missing some information at the edges turn of overscan of your TV.

ciao

Turn your overscan feature off on your tv. That will be in your display settings via your tv remote.

I've noticed the same on a Duo2, it can be cleared by restarting the GUI.

It was present when I put Hades 005 on my box and then cleared in a later release, now back in 010

same problem updated to Hades 11 now got a one inch frame around edge of screen like an old analogue tuner noise signal haven't had this before and no TV settings have been touched. Have got Kodi installed don't know if this makes a difference?

Hi, thats already set like that, the problem for me is when i go into xbmc i get the top and bottom over scanning, and when i exit xbmc , the normal menu screens are also then over scanning, when i restart the box its back to normal or if go into display settings and change back and forth the res setting, as long i dont use xbmc , didnt have this issue on apollo, and my first hades i flashed was build 11, i did try all the resolutions like 720p , 1080p and 1080i

Hi,
when I am at home I check on my Duo2. I didnīt use XBMC for a while now. I think you forgot to mention that XBMC is involved.
