Attached an English weather icon set for LCD4Linux.
These are some I found on the internet that are free to use, and just needed some conversion/renaming.
They aren't in the same style as those that ship - these are 'flat white' icons which I prefer

To use unzip somewhere onto a usb/hd on your e2 box, and in LCD4Linux set the weather icon path value to point to this directory.
