skybox v8 lost egp need help

Hi guys I have a skybox v8 .I tried to install 7 Day epg guide.Got error and now I have no epg at all.When I select a channel it has no info at all.Can anyone help please.Thanks in advance

if I remember correctly, you need a usb and you download epg from the box to the usb, from there it should update auotmatically
