I have had a box for over a year but need help

I have used the gigablue hd800se plus for over a year. My brother set it all up and bought everything i needed to use it. I have had to flash the box a few times and set it up after it resetting and freezing on me a few times so I know roughly what to do. My problem is (And i am not sure if this is allowed to be asked or not) but where can I buy codes to renew it for another year. My brother was in charge of this but there was a fall out and sadly he let the codes expire. So I am looking for help and any would be much appreciated.
