technomate nano se no sattelite signal

Hope someone can help i have a technomate nano se but i am unable to getany signal on sattelite. Lnb is fine works in other box perfectly. ive reflashed reset several times no joy. I have read about lnb short circuit but have no display on tv saying that and there is not a display on the box itself. Any help would be appreciated.

have you actually set the tuner up?
in tuner configuration.

Yes tuner all configured.

recheck tuner states 28.2 if that is where your dish points?
