problems with ajs updated list

hi guys
it appears i am a bit thick
i am having trouble with ajs updated list for libertview f5s
my problem is that non of my computers recognise a dbs file so i cant open the file
secondly can anyone give me an idiots guide on how to do the channel upgrade by usb

You dont need to open the file just bang it straight on a formatted usb,carnt remember what to to next sorry something like update misc files by usb.search on youtube how to

hi m8. you dont open the dbs file with your computer. you just download the file to your computer and then copy it to an empty pen drive/usb stick. . check that the transferred file is still named exactly TP_PROG.dbs , it can't have one character different.

Put your USB stick in the receiver & then in the menu find "Upgrade by USB", change the mode from "image" to "misc" and then select the TP_PROG.dbs file. Upgrade and reboot once it's finished. and thats it
