EPG taking 6-7 seconds to load up.

Can anyone with the Xpeed Lx2 tell me if this is normal for this box to take that long to load up the EPG?

I have the EPG saved to my SanDisk 3.0 Extreme Usb stick,
But seems to lag for a few seconds before it starts to open up.
I'm running Hades 09 at present.

Is this a limitation of the CPU on this box?

How big is your bouquet? Never seen it take 6-7 seconds unless you have some massive bouquet.

Probably is to big, how do i find out?

Think I know what the problem might be, I've got an all channels list in my bouquet, so when I'm in this and go to load the EPG it's got a lot of channels to load, how do get rid of this?
