Is the Trendnet TEW-424UB dongle compatible with VIX 1.3?

I can't get my Vu+ Duo to recognise the above dongle. When I boot up the receiver the dongle does not light up even. It is working because I tried it in my pc.

I read an earlier post saying that it was compatible so perhaps I'm doing something wrong.

Any ideas??

Scrap my question, looks like the Trendnet dongle is not compatible...

I fould a Belkin dongle in the drawer and it worked a treat.. No running of cables required...

Hi Sicilian,

The dongle is a F5D7050 v3001 and it works really well. I wanted to place the receiver in the sitting room but I'd no LAN connection so the dongle was a blessing compared to running more cables!
