You can override the built-in bootlogo.mvi and backdrop.mvi by dropping your own ones into /etc/enigma2.
Is there any reason why you can't do the same for radio.mvi? This seem to hard-wire the usage of /usr/share/enigma2/skin_default/radio.mvi.
