Lost channels VU DUO+ - help the novice

Can someone help me please? For some unknown reason i can only watch channels 1-5 although all other channels are populated when selected only a blank screen is shown. All was ok x2 days ago, ie tried ABM and done auto scan which finds all the channels but they still cannot be watched. Been around the site but totally confused now.

Any help is much appreciated and by the way i am a novice.

Hello and welcome to the forum, you do not say what image you are using or weather you have a valid sky card or trying to get Free-Sat, we need to know as any other way of viewing payed for channels is against the rules and we can not help you

By image do you mean Vix? and i have a yearly subscription to cline uk
