Red light signs of failed capictor?

Hi

I have a red light for 2-3 seconds on my duo when it boots but disappears and the receiver works fine, is this normal? Just asking as I'm selling the receiver and not sure if this is signs of the capacitor failing which has already been replaced about 3 months ago.

you can sometimes get the red light showing if you power up down from the rocker switch at the rear of the stb

Oh ok thanks that's what's happening, wouldn't like to sell it on if capacitor is dying.
