WinTV USB Tuner

I have searched on here but I am unable to find an answer and I do not want to mess things up by just downloading loads of drivers trying.

I have the following USB TV stick
Happauge TV-HVR 900
MR 65118/b3c0#4307
000DEF3C4534

Is their a driver I can select for this tuner? (or should I scrap the idea of using this and buy one that others use... suggestions?)

Once I get this or alternative functioning then how do I find channels without messing up my current tuners / channel list?

Not sure. Most likely is dib0700.

I gave that one a go, but no luck, still showing the 2 internal tuners only.

Did you restart the box with the tuner inserted after installing the driver?

the vu kernels in oe-a are missing the new usb tv stuff, amonsgt some other things.
i guess if you tried the original vu image this would work fine.

I did restart, well from the on screen menu (not GUI the other restart) but its not come up.

Anyone suggest a USB DVB-T stick that does work? or should work?
