size of info bar

Hello, how can I put the size and position of the info bar?

I think its at skin level, not sure of any option from the menu that let's you do that. There is an option in user interface to play around with positioning but not for what you want.

Thanks, it would be good if one the info bar as broadly as the picture could move.
