no u tube on tm5402 hd

my dads you tube has stopped working on his box,comes up on screen unsupported now.
any ideas how he can get this to work again.

I have just had a new tm5402 arrive today - I have the same problem - it says: "Youtube is upgrading to a newer version which is not supported by this device or app"
Any ideas from anyone would be useful.
