For some reason ABM isn't updating after a recent flash, i have tried the manual scan for 11778 H 27500 for the data channels and the TP isn't showing up at all (screen shot attached

I have also checked my list of providers and edit those to sky ire and freesat only (not sure if i only need the one and or both but when i start a scan the tuner times out and i end up with nothing pic 11&12.

I have a lock on the tuner in sat finder pic 14 but in pic 13 i have keyed the TP in manually and i get nothing

Does anyone have any ideas? Im hoping to sit down and watch the F1 soon

Pic's 11 - 14 in next thread

That transponder does not show in the pre-defined list. You have to manually type it. It is Vertical, not Horizontal. You should check all tuners for a lock on that TP.

Which receiver?
How many tuners?
How many tuners have cables from dish?
What is each tuner configured as?
Navigate to /etc/enigma2/. Look for a file called "settings" Paste the lines that start with the following lines here please.

config.Nims.1.

Use the settings Abu posted and test on the last tuner. So for example if your box is a twin tuner test tuner B.

I have just looked at your other posts. There is an issue with your setup. If you answer the questions asked, a solution will be reached easily.

Solo 2 has two tuners.

Which tuner have you plugged the cable into?

The tuner with no cable, what have you set it as?

If you only have one feed you should configure tuner B and have tuner A set to "not configured".

You should find that your cross epg issue should be resolved now.

Just to recap:
If you have a twin tuner receiver, make sure that your config mathces what satllite cabling you have connected.
A twin tuner can use the internal software loopthrough even if there is only one cable.
If you have a Solo 2/TM Nano 2 Super/3T combo, you can loop from B to A. Not A to B. I.e you must connect cable to tuner B.

In my opinion, best not to use the automatic option when setting the tuner.
