Providers Missing?

Hi ive went to update my provider and they are missing
none are there
can someone help please as half my channels are missing

when i go to providers its blank nothing there were as i used to have all the providers ect

Still doesn't make much sense & lacks way too much detail so all would be just guess work at this stage.

ok Autobouquets makers you have a section call providers
Freesat uk
Sky England
Sky Scotland
Sky wales
ect

They are not there no more

They have been re-merged into one, have been for a long time actually.

You will get more speedy response if you type what you mean to say. There are a lot of helpful people here, but no mind readers.

Okay again now, Powered the box off and on and all providers are back now. Strange one
