New update not recognised

Hi i downloaded the latest Vix image openvix-Hades.005-vuduo_usb.zip
ive extracted it to USB stick like i normally do and this time the VU+Duo has just ignored it and rebooted
i am using Version Appolo version 0.90
Have i done something wrong?
reason i am doing upgrade as my screen dumper froze today and took 5 minutes to restart

Transfer it to /hdd/imagebackups/ and flash it by image manager.

Most cases this is USB stick not being recognised which is common on vu's I hear.

Try another USB stick formatted to fat32 in windows. I use a Kingston.

What image where you coming from?

i have yes ive done about 4 over the last year this one is not having it but

Yes tried this it said was upgrading and restarted but when i checked still Apollo 0.90

have you tried deleting the downloaded image, then repeating, just in the odd situation it was a corrupt download?

Doing a couch flash doesn't mention upgrading.

As judge says couch flash doesn't mention updating. Are you sure you are restoring the downloaded image via image manager?

hi i put the downloaded zip file in back ups my machine seen it i selected it i didnt upgrade so il try another download

There are two folders, one for settings backups, one for image backups. Which one did you use?

i downloaded image again must have been corrupted
