Tuner failure

hi their folks

needing some assistance bought me vu solo2 from the sponsor over a year ago now but recently have noticed that LNB 2 on the box is failing

when i plug a signal tester into the lnb i get nothing from it but yet get full signal from lnb 1

is their anyway to fix this to either use one tuner or replace it ?

LNB is on the satellite dish, tuner is on the receiver.

Mark the cables to help avoid mixing them up. Inspect f plugs on cables, may be just that plug has worked loose druring movement etc. Swap cables around and disable one tuner at a time. See if you still have problems but on differnt tuner. If so, then receiver is fine and problem is cabling/lnb related.

have lined the cables up and checked them individually both in the lnb 1 on box and work fine full signal plug into tuner 2 and nothing dead

plug other cable into tuner 1 fine works perfect
plug other into tuner 2 nothing dead


have disabled tuner 2 and use tuner 1 without issue both input cables checked

enabled tuner 2 and used that and nothing no signal


has it died ?

or can this be fixed

You can set the tuner as "not configured", it wont be used then.

Not sure about repairs to the second tuner, hopefully somnone else will post back about it.

yeah have set it to not configured and rescanning the now to be sure , gutted tho as dont have cash for a new box wasnt sure if it was a swappable tuner like the uno and duo 2 but its not sadly :(
