Auto Bouquet Maker Timeout for tuner lock

Hi i am new to vu+ duo and i followed guide to setup auto bouquet maker
but when i run a scan either auto or manually i get Timeout for tuner lock.
Any ideas thanks?

What is your dish/cabling setup? E.g You have a dish with two cables going to the duo.

What providers in ABM have you set?

My mates having this with crossepg, checked with sat meter and hes not getting a decent signal although his duo is saying he has a lock and 80 odd percent signal:confused: gonna change lnb

Just had the same issue with my father in laws, basically its a dodgey connection from the cable connecting to the back of your box from the dish. We cut the cable and made off a new F-type connector and all is work as it should now.

Bloody annoying and took us ages to figure it out.
