When I change the skin

the receiver crashing When I click the left or the right button

How can i make the buttons to change channels directly without using pauli

and is there any way to make the buttons like enigma1

have you changed the quickEPG button for left right and are you using the default skins or one you have installed?
If its a skin you have installed than that is the problem, if its a default skin, than please post the crash log - it will be in your HDD folder.

Do a software update. Blue button > Software management > Software update. Then try using the default skin.

press long blue and than vix setup. its in there 2nd from the bottom and you want to change the quickEPG from left right to long OK - are you using the blue ghost HD skin?

Also as Sicillian says do a software update - again access it via long blue press

Are you sure you done a software update?

i don't find any new crashlog

and i think the problem because quickEPG ?
