I order my new tm nano 3t box and it came last week just got around to setting it up this week, had everything up and running by following the instructions but I didn't have one of the settings right so delete my channels and started abm to get new channels, came up tuner time out lock or something everytime I went to scan I just got this lock out message so done auto scan was picking up channels, but wasn't happy abm wasn't working so updated box via update box to image 166 as it came with 165 on it. now nothing tunes, abm isn't working and the box is crashing!!! no channels no nothing went from being fine to shit.

can someone please help me fix these errors and set up the box again, I am a newbie to enigma 2 box but im not stupid.
don't know if its possible for phone support? at my expense if required but could someone help me out here,
