Openwebif plugin issue

if i change 2 of the settings for the Openwebif plugin (i.e. http authentication and streaming authentication) from 'no' to 'yes' and press 'save' it works and if i exit and go back into the plugin the new settings are displayed fine.

however if i turn the box off and on again, and go back into the plugin, the 2 settings that i had changed to 'yes' have now reverted back to 'no'

any ideas?

There is a settings file in the enigma sub folder - that is where you can fine-tune the settings including for webIF.

Just be aware that even with authentication set on, if you open ports on your router to stream channels your receiver is just as vulnerable as it would be with no authentication. If you want to stream externally best setup a VPN and route your receiver through that.
