missing channels NOT HD

Hi, my box has been great for the past year, but had a couple of problems. Did service search and quite a few channels stored in my favourites bouquet are showing n/a like sky 1, Atlantic etc and no content just blank screen. Any ideas?

Sky has recently changed the FEC details for a lot of channels including those you quote above, the solution is to rescan the transponders or deselect the freesat part of ABM until you update to a version which has the fixed .xml file. As for HD channels you simp,y won't get them on any receiver other than a official sky uk branded receiver.
