Hi, have lost some of my epg first time since purchase, have message cross epg error time out for tuner lock. done a scan on tuner A 950 channels tuner B only 555 on vix 166.

don't use ABM update the old way still.

You have an issue with signal on tuner B. Maybe LNB is faulty?

Can the epg be loaded down with just one tuner if the other is disconnected.

ABM and cross EPG use last available tuner. As part of your f plug testing, you can swap cables round. This will sort out your cross EPG issue.

If you get lots of tune failed messages after this, you can set the tuner with problematic feed as "loopthrough" until issue is resolved.

Update on epg problem, swapped tuners and found B & C tuners to be faulty would only find 550 Channels and would not update the epg. Back to W.O.S.
