vu solo2 se wont boot up

Hi everyone im new to this, please help ive had by reciever now for 3 month and my daughter got hold of the remote and now the box wont boot up iv tryed turning off completely with the power and internet and rebooting it starts with the black hole logo then goes to the openvix page then i get a black software error page and says the box needs to reboot but it never does and just goes back to the openvix page with the loading logo in the top left hand corner and stays like that for hours

The Vu solo2 se is a clone receiver mate, you won't get any help on here with it. Vu sell a receiver called a Solo SE and another Called a Solo². My advice would be to contact the seller and try to get a refund then buy a genuine box.

I contacted the seller who sent me a file to flash the box and now works fine

Thats all good and well, but you still wont get help here for a counterfeit receiver.
