Hello everyone, before i start i've done around 7 Duo boxes for family members.

I bought the Solo2 box and set it up with no problems but Tuner B is causing problems, If i was to record BBC 1 and try to watch E4 there is no problem but if i tried to watch a sly movies/sports it would just be a blank screen.

I disbabled tuner A and went through some channels and the tuner work's, it just doesnt like them channels.

I've read another thread on this but none of the fixes helped me.

Would it be a hardware problem???

How many cables do you have from the LNB/Dish?
What softcam (name) are you using?
What softcam (version) are you using?

Please also note:

Thread will be moved to the ViX-Team-Images-Support-Discussion section. It is best to use the image support section for image issues as problems/solutions are usually the same irrespectve of receiver. It also helps others searching for the same issue although they may have another receiver.

Please read the thread in link below which explains things better.

No harm has been done. Please bear in mind for future support questions.

Ever since the heartbleed vulnerability fix, you need to use CCcam 2.30 for multi-tuner receivers.

Please ensure you have CCcam 2.30 installed.
Update your channel list owing to the recent channel shuffling on the 28.2 satellites.

If that does not work, disable one tuner at a time and check that the remaining tuner works fine on the "non-working" channels. This will establish whether there is a reception issue.

Info (Does not apply to you as you have a cable to both tuners)
The Solo 2, TM 3T combo and TM Nano 2 super will allow you to use software internal loopthrough from B to A, but not A to B.

When you press OK twice, do you get any program information?

When on these Sky channels, are you getting a tuner lock? Press following sequence
Menu > Setup > Service Searching > Satfinder
If you started from Sky Premiere, you should get the following screen

Lastly, has your card been paired to an HD receiver?
