Duo not finding some frequencies

Today my trusty Duo will not find sky sports 4 or 5.
Have tried manual scan but says nothing found on those frequencies, sat finder also shows zero on those frequencies
Have tried my second box on sat feeds and all work well, so assuming problem is my Duo

Can my tuner just not work on these frequencies? If tuner gone i expect not to work at all

Anyone help?

If you are doing a manual scan, those details must exist in the satellites.xml. You will find them on

12148 H 27500 5/6
11914 H 27500 5/6

Alternatively, use ABM, you can run it without creating bouquets.

yesterday Sly changed the FEC on transponder, if you run abm as suggested by Abu, your channels will return

See pictures. You will have to access the chanenls you ar ehaving difficulties with via the sats menu until you replace the ones in your bouquets.

Yes the sky sports 4 & 5 are now on FEC 5/6 cheers
