When I record or use the timeshift feature with my Vu+ Duo, the channel comes with lines and and the picture freezes, but when I go back to live tv, the channel is perfect.

Why is this happening???

So do you mean that also old recordings are bad now.(before updates)
Or only after software update?

And itīs better to inform what updates did you do that people who want to help you have an Idea.

It happened once with VIX 1.2, but with VIX 1.3, it's (bad recordings) happening all the time.

As jusaju said, are recording which played fine before the upgrade to 1.3 now also bad? Give as much detail as possible ;)

Also, have you ran a filesystem check on your hdd?!

The good recordings which I had on Vix 1.2 all work fine on Vix 1.3.

How do I run filesystem check on hdd and what does it do?
